What is Oho Mauri?
Supported by Te Mātāwai, Oho Mauri's holistic approach focuses on bringing an awakening to all aspects of our Tinana (body), Hinengaro (mind) and Wairua (spirit). This kaupapa endeavours to revitalise and normalise te reo Māori me ōna tīkanga through programmes and resources dedicated to uplifting our knowledge and understanding of Pūāio (yoga), Mauri Tau (mindfulness) and Whakapakari Tīnana (body strengthening).
Our programmes and resources are in constant development as we continue improve the learning experience. This means adjusting and adapting the specifications and tailoring programmes to suit the changing climate.

Oho Mauri is now available as an app to download on the App Store and Google Play. With Oho Mauri at your fingertips you can find range of video and audio content that guides you through short workouts, yoga classes and mindfulness practices that are brought to you by our talented facilitators. We have included our Tohu Whakaoho cards to connect in and deepen your daily practice.
